Description

EMULSION PCW40E is a water/silicone‑based sealer that repels oil and water while enhancing colour. When diluted with water, it penetrates masonry substrates and delivers stain resistance with a colour‑enhancing finish. The sealer repels water and resists stains from oil, coffee, wine, tannin, grease, food, and other common materials. It penetrates without forming a film, creating a wet‑look or non‑gloss colour enhancement while preserving the natural surface characteristics.

Recommended Uses

EMULSION PCW40E treats most masonry materials, but it performs best on porous substrates such as natural stone, concrete blocks, pavers, tiles, and grout.

Due to its water‑based formulation, it penetrates dense substrates only to a limited extent. The product suits porous or permeable surfaces particularly well. Even so, it still delivers reasonable water‑repellent and stain‑resistant performance on dense substrates while enhancing colour.

Dilute EMULSION PCW40E with water before use. Mix one part emulsion with two to three parts water. A typical ratio is one part emulsion to 2.5 parts deionised water. Conduct pilot testing to determine the best dilution for your substrate.

Handling & Storage

Emulsion pcw40E is a non-hazardous product. Please follow good industrial hygiene procedures when handling the product. The product should be stored in sealed containers in a cool dry place away from fire sources. The recommended shelf life is 12 months in a sealed container at 5oC to 25oC.
