Protectaseal-C

Description

Protectaseal C is a solvent‑based concentrate formulated as a penetrating oil and water repellent for masonry substrates. Once diluted, it provides strong water resistance and effective protection against common staining agents such as oil, juice, coffee, wine, and food.

The treatment preserves the natural appearance and vapour permeability of the surface, though some substrates may experience slight darkening.

Recommended Uses

Once diluted, Protectaseal C produces stain‑resistant sealers for permeable building materials including natural stone, concrete pavers, clay bricks, terracotta/porcelain tiles, and grouts.

Dilute the concentrate with iso‑propanol at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 4–9 parts solvent. Control the water content in the solvent carefully, as moisture reduces the shelf life of the finished sealer.

Protectaseal C is a raw material for producing oil/water repellent or stain-resistant sealers for masonry materials. As the storage, handling, dilution (or re-formulation) and final application of this material is beyond our control, it is the end user’s sole responsibility to conduct proper tests prior to application to determine the suitability of this product for the purpose.

Handling & Storage

Protectaseal C is hazardous and flammable. Avoid vapour inhalation and skin or eye contact by wearing appropriate protection. If exposed to high vapour concentrations, wear an air‑purifying respirator. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Store the product in sealed original containers for up to 6 months at temperatures below 25 °C in a cool, dry place, away from fire or ignition sources. Ensure adequate ventilation during use and keep the product away from all ignition sources.
