STABILISED
EARTH WATER REPELLENT-Water Based (WB)
is a water-based silicone emulsion impregnant which has been
formulated to weatherproof cement stabilised earth structures.
The product is designed to penetrate into the surface of the
stabilised earth and make the first few millimetres of the
substrate water repellent. This water repellent zone dramatically
reduces the absorption of water through the surface while
still allowing the free passage of water vapour.
- Penetrates
deeply into masonry substrates
- Not
a surface coating and therefore no peel or blister
- Easy
application, no volatile hydrocarbons emitted during use
- Excellent
surface beading effect
- Does
not significantly change the original surface appearance

and alkali stable formulation
- Reduces
water and chloride ion ingress by up to 95%
- Reacts
with masonry substrate to form a water repellent layer within
the surface
