PROTECTA
OWR
(oil/water repellent) is an aqueous silane/siloxane emulsion
impregnant designed to create a barrier to the ingress of
oil and water in mineral building materials such as concrete,
brick, blockwork, stone, and unglazed tile. PROTECTA OWR
imparts excellent stain resistance to either oil-borne or
water-borne stains. The
product is designed to penetrate into the first few millimetres
of the surface and render the substrate oil and water repellent,
reducing the absorption of oil and water but still allowing
the free passage of water vapor.

deeply into masonry substrates

not significantly change the original surface appearance

oil, water and chloride ion ingress by up to 95%
- Water-based
formulation and all equipment can be cleaned in water
