EARTHSHIELD
is a solvent-based silane/siloxane water repellent binder
for earth buildings as water repellent and dust sealing impregnant.
EARTHSHIELD penetrates into the first few millimetres of the
surface providing excellent water repellent and dust-sealing
effects to the earth surface against natural weathering without
significantly changing the surface appearance (no gloss film
forming). EARTHSHIELD is suitable for all types of earth structures
including mud brick, pressed mud brick, cement-stabilised
earth and rammed earth structures. It is best used for exterior
earth walls or rendered earth structures. It is also useful
for interior walls particularly for areas like kitchen and
bathrooms where wet conditions are expected.
