TSILOX

TSILOX is a solvent free, 100% silane/siloxane concentrate. It is designed to be used to produce solvent-based water repellent impregnants or sealers. When diluted with an appropriate solvent, TSILOX is recommended for the colourless water repellent treatment of porous masonry substrates such as concrete, cement mortar and renders, fired bricks, terracotta and stone. TSILOX may also be incorporated into solvent-based acrylic systems to produce products that are impregnating / coating combinations.

The important features of TSILOX include:

• Penetrates deeply into masonry surfaces
• Permanently bonds to the substrate with no peeling or blistering
• Contains a UV, alkali stable and durable formulation
• Reduces water penetration, efflorescence and water borne staining
• Does not significantly change the surface appearance and vapour permeability
• Provides a good surface beading effect
