EMULSION KR2

EMULSION KR2 is a solvent-free aqueous silicone emulsion. It is designed to be used as an admixture for making pressed or dry mix concrete water repellents. The use of EMULSION KR2 enhances the intrinsic quality of pressed or dry mix concrete products by reducing the damage caused by weathering-related water uptake and efflorescence.

EMULSION KR2 has the following qualities:

• Reduces water absorption by over 80%
• EMULSION KR2 permanently bonds to the substrate
• It does not leave an oily residue on the product
• It is easy to use and can be used in existing processes
• The degree of water resistance can be varied by changing the rate of addition
• No hazardous solvents are emitted during use
• It has a non-flammable and non-corrosive formulation
