PROTECTASEAL W

PROTECTASEAL W is an aqueous silane/siloxane emulsion impregnant designed to create a barrier to the ingress of oil and water in masonry building materials such as concrete, brick, block work, stone and unglazed tiles. PROTECTASEAL W imparts excellent stain resistance to either oil borne or water borne stains. The product is designed to penetrate into the first few millimetres of the surface and render the substrate oil and water repellent, reducing the absorption of oil and water but still allowing the free passage of water vapour.

• Penetrates deeply into masonry substrates
• Easy application process with no toxic solvents or pollution emitted during use

• A UV and alkali stable formulation
• Reduces oil, water and chloride ion ingress by up to 95%
• Water based formulation and all equipment can be cleaned in water
